Snow Angels!

The Mount Rainier Snow Angels

Danielle started the Snow Angels in 2024 to help residents who have chosen to Age in Place be able to get their sidewalks cleared when it snows to help avoid injuries and code violations. 2024's snow event saw 10 residents matched up with volunteers to help them with most of the residents still needing help again for this year's snow events. Danielle was able to match up 14 residents with Snow Angels over the two events that have happened so far and is ready in case we have another event.

Danielle intends to expand the Snow Angels into the Lawn Angels for the warm weather months to assist these same residents with lawn care as well. Programs like these not only help the residents avoid things like code violations but they also help build a stronger community.
